I am an in-network provider with several major insurance plans. If your plan is in-network, you may only be responsible for a co-pay or deductible, depending on your coverage.
Because benefits vary, I encourage you to verify coverage before beginning services. I’m happy to support you in this process.

When I am not in-network with your insurance plan, sessions are provided on a private-pay basis.
Many clients choose this option for greater flexibility and continuity of care. Monthly superbills are available upon request to support out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Payment is due at the time of service. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.
We can review your options together during your consultation.
Many clients choose private pay for greater flexibility, consistency, and personalized care. This option allows us to focus fully on your goals without the limitations sometimes created by insurance requirements.
Session fees range from $110–$250, depending on the type and length of service.
Payment is due at the time of each session through a secure, HIPAA-compliant system. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards as well as HSA, FSA, and HRA cards.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, monthly superbills are available upon request to support possible reimbursement.
If you have questions about payment options, we can review them together during your free consultation.
To respect both your time and mine, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to a $100 fee.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I approach these situations with care and fairness.
