I am an in-network provider with several major insurance plans. This means that if I am in your network, you likely only have to pay a co-pay or meet your deductible.

Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I am not in-network with your insurance, please note that I do not provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. You would be responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.

Private Pay (Self-Pay)

For clients without insurance or those who prefer not to use it, my private pay rate is $110-250 per session, depending on the type and length of service. Payment is collected at the time of service via a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal.

Forms of payment accepted:

• American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa

• HSA / FSA / HRA cards for eligible clients

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or 'no-shows' will be charged a flat fee of $100.
