Many of the women I work with are strong, responsible, and deeply caring. They are used to supporting others—at home, at work, and in their communities. Over time, that strength can turn into exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, be honest, and feel supported without pressure to perform.
With a background in clinical social work and theology, I integrate evidence-based therapy with deep respect for your values, culture, and spiritual life. Our work together focuses on helping you build emotional clarity, confidence, and peace—so you can move forward feeling grounded and whole.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and respected. Too many women learn to minimize their own needs while caring for everyone else.
My work is rooted in the belief that emotional health, faith, identity, and life circumstances are deeply connected. Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are.
I bring both clinical training and lived experience into my work, including:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY & NJ)
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)
Master of Social Work (MSW)
Master of Divinity (M.Div.)
I am committed to ongoing learning and ethical, culturally responsive care.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating. A free consultation gives you space to ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and see if this feels like the right next step.
You deserve support that fits your life.
