Anxiety or burnout is making daily life feel like a weight.
You are navigating a major life shift or identity change.
You are looking for a space where your spiritual or existential questions are honored, not ignored.
I believe healing happens when psychological care addresses the whole person—mind, body, soul. My role is to provide a space that is grounded and clinically sound, while remaining open to the values and cultural contexts that shape your life. Together, we slow down, clarify what matters most, and build practical steps toward emotional health.

Do I need to be religious to work with you?
No. You do not need to identify as religious or spiritual to work with me. My clients come from many backgrounds—some are faith-rooted, some are questioning or deconstructing, and others are non-religious or 'spiritual-but-not-religious'. Therapy is always centered on your personal beliefs and values, not mine.
What is “Integrative Care” exactly?
Integrative care means attending to the whole person—emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual—rather than treating symptoms in isolation. In our sessions, this looks like combining evidence-based psychological tools (like CBT and mindfulness) with an exploration of your unique values and lived experience. Spirituality is only included if it is meaningful to you and is always guided by your comfort level.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I am an in-network provider. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your mental health benefits and confirm your specific co-pay or deductible before our first session. For more details on insurance and fees, please visit my Payment Page.
