Your first session is a space to share what’s bringing you in and what you hope for. We’ll move at your pace, and there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
Do I need to be religious to work with you?
No. I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds and those who do not identify as religious. My approach is values-informed, meaning your personal beliefs and worldview are respected and never imposed.
What is integrative care exactly?
Integrative care means I tailor therapy to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches while considering your emotional, cultural, and spiritual context—so your care fits your real life, not just a model.
Do you take insurance?
I accept select insurance plans and also work with private-pay clients. This allows me to offer both accessible care and personalized, high-quality treatment. If you’re unsure what option is best for you, we can talk it through during your consultation.
